About Us
Our inspectors have been trained and certified through Professional Home Inspection Institute (PHII). The 90-120 hour course meets national standards of training and Kansas requirements for certification as a qualified home inspector. Advanced training and testing provides membership in professional organizations. All of our inspectors follow the strict regulations of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) guidelines.
We offer inspections of all types of homes, residential, seasonal, multi-family, or rental property. We take the time to look over the property to show you any current problems or possible problems that may occur in the future.
We provide:
- An agreement before we start, outlining what you can expect from our service.
- A full report providing detials on 20 different areas of the property will be given to our client upon completion of the inspection.
My Promise to You...
Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet us until after you hire us. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing. One thing is for sure, a home inspection requires a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort. If you honor us by permitting us to inspect your new home, I guarantee that we will give you our very best effort. I promise.
